Ghost Cookies

Today, Nina and I made Ghost Cookies. They are different. It was a recipe that her preschool sent home so I thought that I would give it a try. Betsy liked to eat the chocolate chips out of the cookies. Imagine that.

Here is the recipe:

CHOCOLATE CHIP GHOST COOKIES

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Beat 2 egg whites at high speed until frothy.

Add ¾ cup sugar a bit at a time, beating the entire time.

Beat until stiff.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla, while still beating.

Add 1/8 teaspoon of salt.

Fold in 6 ounces of chocolate chips.

Grease cookie sheet.

Drop heaping teaspoons of batter onto cookie sheet.

Put in oven.

Turn off oven.

Leave cookies for at least 3 hours.
