Grandma Jo

I found this picture recently. It is my uncle, my dad and Grandma Jo. I sure miss my Grandma Jo. I would love to talk with her. She was a great cook. She liked vegetables much more than I ever will. She tried to get me to eat sucatash. Yuck. I eat more vegetables now but only because I grill or roast them. Her potato salad was amazing. She could walk on the beach faster than anyone I know. She raised three great children that are all still married.

She was my Grandma Jo. I would anything just to give her a hug.

Easter Lollys

I made these Easter Lily Lollys for the girls to take to school for their friends. They painted them and I cut them out. I got the template at Skip To My Lou. I can't find it right now to link it directly but that is a great blog with creative handmade ideas.
